Questions & answers
- How fast can you come on site?
- Usually within 2–4 hours on business days in Moscow and the region. Subscribers follow SLA; emergencies are prioritized.
- Do you work only in Moscow?
- Our main area is Moscow and the Moscow Region. Remote support is available across Russia for subscription clients.
- How is pricing calculated?
- It depends on workstations, servers, and branches. After your request we call back, clarify scope, and provide a quote before work starts.
- Can we sign a managed IT contract?
- Yes. Managed IT is our core model: fixed fee, on-site visits, monitoring, and reports for management.
- Do you support 1C and Microsoft 365?
- Yes: 1C on-prem and cloud, Microsoft 365 rollout, terminal servers, and backup with Veeam.
- Do you install CCTV and IP telephony?
- Yes — we design and deploy IP cameras and PBX systems and integrate them with your network and CRM when needed.
- How is office VPN different from bypassing blocks?
- We only set up corporate VPN for offices, 1C, and remote staff under Russian law. Social media bypass is not offered.
- Is urgent help available without a subscription?
- Yes — emergency on-site and remote diagnostics are available as a one-off service.
