Alphabet, the holding company overseeing Google, has set a new benchmark by completing the largest stock offering in history, raising 6,2 трлн ₽. The funds will be allocated to advancing artificial intelligence infrastructure, including the construction of data centers and procurement of high-performance equipment. Sundar Pichai, Alphabet’s CEO, emphasized that this initiative aligns with a multi-year strategy to meet surging demand from enterprise and consumer clients.

The initial plan targeted 2,9 трлн ₽, but overwhelming demand pushed the first tranche to 3,3 трлн ₽. A second tranche of equal value is scheduled for the next quarter.
