Galaxy S26 FE Leak Reveals Specs and Potential Disappointments

A new leak has provided nearly complete hardware specifications for the Samsung Galaxy S26 FE. According to the published data, the device will retain many solutions from previous models in the lineup but with several updates. The key change will be the Exynos 2500 processor, manufactured using a 3nm process, which is expected to deliver improved energy efficiency and performance.

The smartphone’s display will remain a 6.7-inch FullHD+ panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. Unlike higher-end Galaxy S26 models, it will not feature LTPO technology, which may impact battery life. The 4900mAh battery supports 45W fast charging. The device’s thickness will be 7.4mm, nearly identical to its predecessor, the Galaxy S25 FE.

The Galaxy S26 FE’s camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor, a 12MP ultrawide module, and an 8MP telephoto lens. The front camera features a 12MP sensor. The device also includes Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection and an aluminum frame. Samsung promises seven major Android OS updates, aligning with modern support standards.

Despite several improvements, experts note that the Galaxy S26 FE may fail to meet the expectations of users seeking more significant innovations. Particular attention is drawn to the potential price increase: as overall smartphone costs rise across the industry, including Samsung’s flagship models, the budget flagship may also become more expensive.
