Japanese University Adopts Google AI Pro for 10,000 Staff

A Japanese university has announced the launch of an enterprise subscription to Google AI Pro for Education. The solution, designed specifically for educational institutions, will be used by 10,000 staff members, including faculty and administrative personnel.

The primary goal is to automate routine tasks such as document processing, scheduling, and student interactions. The tool integrates with the university’s existing Google Cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and compliance with security standards.

Representatives from Google Cloud Japan noted that this project will be one of the largest in the education sector. Similar AI solutions are already in use at leading universities in the U.S. and Europe, where they have reduced administrative time by up to 40%.
