IEEE: STEM Leadership Requires Intergenerational Collaboration

IEEE is launching its first International Leadership Conference (ILC), taking place on October 3–4 in Budapest. The event will bring together young professionals and experienced experts to discuss tools for collaborative leadership and knowledge exchange.

Organizers emphasize that success in science and technology depends on the ability to integrate diverse perspectives. Rapid skill obsolescence, the need to build trust in technology, and the mass retirement of experienced professionals demand new approaches.
