Which Mobile Operator is the Best? Vote for Market Leaders

Mobile connectivity has long ceased to be a luxury—today, it is a critically important tool for work, education, and communication. However, choosing an operator often feels like a lottery: advertised speeds and coverage areas do not always match reality. This is especially noticeable in dense urban areas, on highways, or in remote regions, where signal quality can drop sharply.

To objectively evaluate mobile operators, the V-Help editorial team is launching a large-scale user survey. Participants are asked to rate their plan based on four key parameters: connection reliability, data transfer speed, service cost, and customer support quality. Both subscribers of major federal networks and users of virtual operators (MVNOs) can participate.

"Technical specifications of plans are only part of the picture. In practice, everything depends on many factors: smartphone model, tower density in your area, and even the weather. That’s why each user’s experience is unique," notes telecommunications expert Jeff Carlson.

The survey will run until the end of July and take no more than two minutes. After processing the data, leaders in each category will be announced. The results will help create an independent operator ranking, serving as a guide for those planning to switch providers or choose a new plan.
