Logitech Unveils Ultra-Light G305 X Superlight Mouse & G316 X 98 Keyboard with Display

Logitech has expanded its G3 gaming peripheral lineup with two new additions: the ultra-light G305 X Superlight wireless mouse and the G316 X 98 mechanical keyboard. The G305 X Superlight now weighs just 59 grams—lighter than its predecessor—and features a body made from over 51% recycled plastic. The design includes open screws for easier self-repairs. Available in black and white, the mouse retails for around $80.

The G305 X Superlight is equipped with a Hero sensor offering up to 44,000 DPI and supports polling rates up to 8,000Hz via Logitech’s Lightspeed USB receiver. Bluetooth and wired connectivity options are also available. On a single charge, the device delivers up to 130 hours of use, with a quick two-minute charge providing up to 3.5 hours of gameplay.

The second new product, the G316 X 98 mechanical keyboard priced at $120, introduces hot-swappable switches—a rarity for Logitech. Its multi-layered design with gasket mounting enhances sound quality and durability. The keyboard supports 8,000Hz polling, boasts a 0.125ms response time, and includes an OLED display and backlit dial for volume, brightness, and media control adjustments.

Both devices uphold the G3 series’ tradition of balancing affordability with high-end functionality, catering to gamers’ needs. Earlier this year, Logitech also unveiled the G325 wireless headset as part of the same lineup.
