The kitchen gadget market is experiencing a boom in automation and artificial intelligence integration. Companies are developing devices capable of handling a significant portion of routine tasks—from chopping ingredients to monitoring the doneness of dishes. A prime example is the Nosh Chef Robot, positioned as an autonomous cooking assistant.

This robot is equipped with the NoshOS system, trained on thousands of recipes and cooking techniques. The device can measure spices, chop ingredients, simmer, fry, and even self-clean after use. Built-in sensors track humidity, texture, and doneness, adjusting parameters in real time. While the robot cannot yet bake or steam, it supports over 500 recipes, including curries and stir-fries. Mass production is scheduled for summer 2026, but the device is currently available for pre-order on Kickstarter.

For those who prefer more specialized solutions, other innovations exist. For example, the StirMate Automatic Pot Stirrer is an automatic stirrer for pots, eliminating the need to constantly stir soups, sauces, or risotto. The device operates for up to 10 hours on a single charge and features adjustable speed, making it useful not only for busy individuals but also for those with motor skill challenges.

Smart coffee machines like the De’Longhi Rivelia are also gaining popularity. The model supports up to four user profiles, remembers preferences for beverage strength, and even offers recommendations based on the time of day. Similarly, modern bread makers, such as the KitchenArm Smart Bread Machine, automate kneading, proofing, and baking, offering 29 preset programs.

Devices for plant-based milk preparation are also advancing. The Nama M1 allows users to make oat, almond, or soy milk in minutes without soaking or manual straining. For those who value precision in recipes, the KitchenArt Auto-Measure Spice Carousel is a spice carousel that dispenses seasonings with accuracy down to ¼ teaspoon.
