A complaint was posted on the official Samsung Community forum, where a user described their preferred voice appearing only in the second response, while the first and subsequent replies are delivered in an unfamiliar deep tone.

The problem extends beyond voice changes. According to users, Bixby has stopped correctly syncing with notification settings configured through routines. Other forum participants noted that the assistant’s speech has become less predictable—its tone shifts depending on the response context, creating a sense of inconsistency.
