Users Value AI Accuracy Over Functionality and Integrations

Android Authority conducted a survey among its readers to determine what users value most in artificial intelligence tools. The results were clear: 53% of respondents identified the quality and accuracy of responses—such as those provided by ChatGPT or Gemini—as the primary criterion.

Second in importance were integrations with other applications and services, supported by 22% of participants. Another 17% highlighted the significance of seamless workflows, such as Gemini Notebooks and NotebookLM. Only 8% of respondents admitted to choosing AI tools based on ease of use.

Despite developers actively expanding AI system functionality with new features and integrations, most users still regard response accuracy as the key factor. Comments on the survey sparked discussions about which tools perform best in this regard. Some users criticized Gemini for inconsistent performance, while others praised its workflow organization capabilities.

Experts note that the race for AI leadership continues, with new model versions likely to emerge soon that could shift the competitive landscape. However, for most users, one priority remains: AI must deliver maximally accurate and useful responses.
