RedMagic 11S Pro: Gaming Smartphone with Transparent Liquid Cooling System

RedMagic has announced the new 11S Pro gaming smartphone, which continues to focus on high performance and cooling. The main innovation is a fully transparent back panel, allowing users to observe the liquid cooling system in action. In the previous RedMagic 11 Pro model, this feature was only available in the special Cryo version, whereas now it is included in all variants of the device.

The smartphone is powered by the upgraded Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Leading Version chip, delivering high performance for mobile gaming. Other signature features of the lineup are also retained: a 7500 mAh battery, support for 80W fast charging (charger included), and a built-in fan with a rotation speed of up to 24,000 RPM. These solutions aim to extend gaming sessions without overheating.

The cameras remain a weak point of the device: the main module includes 50-megapixel wide-angle and ultra-wide-angle sensors, while the 16 MP front camera is located under the display. This design improves the screen’s appearance but may negatively impact the quality of selfies and video calls. The smartphone runs on Android 16 with a custom skin, where some annoyances, such as ads in the pre-installed browser, have been removed.

The base version of the RedMagic 11S Pro with 256GB of storage is priced at $849, which is $100 more expensive than its predecessor. The 512GB version costs $949. This brings the device’s price closer to flagship models like the Samsung Galaxy S26 and OnePlus 15, which offer more balanced features, including better cameras. For those considering a gaming smartphone, the more affordable RedMagic 11 Air with last year’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chip is available for $599.
