ServiceNow and Accenture Launch FDE Platform for Enterprise AI Agents

ServiceNow and Accenture have introduced a joint program called FDE (Full Deployment Enablement), designed to accelerate the adoption of AI agent-based solutions in large organizations. The initiative targets common barriers that hinder the transition from experimental projects to full-scale AI implementation.

According to the companies, many enterprise clients struggle to scale AI solutions beyond pilot testing. FDE offers a comprehensive approach, including deployment methodology, automation tools, and expert support to integrate AI agents into business processes seamlessly.

The platform focuses on optimizing workflows in areas such as customer service, HR, and financial operations. It integrates with existing enterprise data and process management systems, reducing the time required for technology adaptation.

Accenture will provide consulting support and staff training, while ServiceNow will deliver the technological foundation based on its Now Platform. The joint solution is expected to help companies deploy AI agents faster and achieve measurable results from their use.
